Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the day on which you or a representative receives all goods of our order.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by email to email@example.com. We will issue a full refund excluding fees and taxed cause by shipping to countries outside the European Union. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value as a result of your handling.
Returned goods have to be delivered not later than 14 days from the day you have issued an exchange. The deadline is met if you can prove that you have sent the goods within those 14 days. You will have to pay the costs of return. You can only be made liable for any loss of value caused be you. Digital items, which are coming with a download, cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items have to be returned unused, arriving at our logistic center. For clothing, this means that the pieces show absolutely no sign of usage. For shoes, this means that the silhouette and the sole show absolutely no sign of usage. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we consider the piece as "used". For vinyl goods, that means that the item is sealed. Additionally, all items must arrive in original packaging including authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if parts of the original packaging are missing. If your package has been delivery without any packaging material, please contact us by mail. All returns and exchanges have to be requested before sending back your items. Unidentified sendings will be returned to the sender. The costs for this procedure will be invoiced to the sender.
We categorize goods as defect, if they are received by the customer damaged, or have clear manufacturing faults within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear cannot be categorized as defect. If you are receiving a defect good, you can request a free return by mail via firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved, defect goods need to be sent back within 30 days. Shipping costs and tax fees are paid by us. We will offer you to repair the goods for free or, if available, send you back the same item. Alternatively, you can ask for a full refund.
We are continually trying to display the colors of items as accurately as possible. However, screens can vary. Therefore, please note, that we can not guarantee that you screen is displaying our items in the way we intended.
Our return policy is flexible and depends on every single case. However, customers, who are returning items repeatedly may be blocked for future purchases.
